What is your MOQ?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 sets per model. For some ready-stock items or trial orders, lower quantities may be negotiated — contact us with your target quantity.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples are ready in 5–7 days. Sample fees are refundable or deductible from your bulk order depending on the project.

What is your lead time?

Typically 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity and customization level.

What are your payment terms?

30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for large orders. Sample fees can be paid via PayPal.

Which trade terms do you support?

FOB (Shenzhen / Qingdao / Ningbo) and CIF are available. LCL and FCL both supported, including Amazon FBA direct shipping with palletizing and FNSKU labeling.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We support FBA-ready packing, outer carton requirements, palletizing and shipment directly to Amazon warehouses.

How do you handle breakage?

We use reinforced export packaging and drop-tested cartons. Breakage rate and compensation terms are confirmed in the sales contract before order.

Can I get certificates and test reports?

Yes. FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004 and drop test documents are available depending on the product — see our Quality & Certification page.
